Europe's 10 friendliest destinations have been revealed and one country in the UK which is known for diverse landscapes and rich cultural heritage has made it to the fourth spot. Scotland in the UK has made it to the list of the friendliest countries with neighboring Ireland taking the top position.
The list has been prepared by Conde Nest Traveler as they assessed the various countries where you are most likely to be greeted by friendly and warm locals.
Scotland is a country with a rich cultural heritage, diverse landscapes, and a strong sense of identity. It offers a mix of historical sites, natural beauty, and vibrant cultural experiences, making it a unique and attractive destination.
It occupies the northern third of the island of Great Britain and shares a border with England to the south.
It is surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean to the west and north, the North Sea to the northeast, and the Irish Sea to the south.
The website stated: “Striking moorland, misty mountains, epic castles, fresh seafood, mouth-numbing whiskey, dramatic beaches, atmospheric islands and general good cheer can all be found here.
