MPS Scrutinising Legislation on the proposed assisted dying bill is set to hear Evidence from English's Chief Medical Officer, Sir Chris Whitty, today.
Whitty is one of 50 experts set to answer questions from the 23 MPS tasked with examining the proposed bill, which passed its second reading in parial in November.
The bill would be terminally ill adults with less than six months to live given the ability to choose to end the way of life.
