UFC president Dana White has completed a stunning body transformation as he revealed his new shredded physique at the age of 53.
White has been interacting with some of the world’s elite MMA fighters, like Conor McGregor, Francis Ngannou and Nate Diaz, in the last few years.

Now the American looks a lot like his athletes despite his advanced age as he took to Instagram and revealed his new bulging pecks, beefy arms and six-pack abs after losing two-and-a-half stone.
And it all started last year with a grim diagnosis from human biologist and mortality expert Gary Brecka.
Brecka took blood and DNA sample from the entrepreneur and told him he would die in 10.4 years unless he made some drastic changes.
White told the Action Junkies Podcast: “[Brecka] Sits down for three-and-a-half hours and goes through my blood work, and I’m all f****d up.
“My triglycerides are like 764 [they should be down between 80 and 150] and everything else that could possibly be bad is bad.
“He gave me 10.4 years to live… And he says: ‘If you don’t change these things that you’re gonna do, this is your life expectancy right now.'”
White followed Brecka’s advice “to the letter” and absolutely transformed his body in just a year.
The UFC supremo’s fitness regiment was so successful he now feels like he’s 35 years old again.

White added: “So I did everything he said, to the letter.
“My legs were so f****d up 13 weeks ago, I couldn’t tie my shoes.
“I couldn’t bend over to tie my shoes, because my legs were f****d up. I could barely walk some days.
“I feel like I’m 35-years-old again. Swear to God, I feel like I’m 35 again.”
