NATE DIAZ has been charged with battery after a Las Vegas nightclub bouncer accused him of assault.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ Sports, the alleged incident took place on August 25 just after midnight.

Diaz and some of his entourage are said to have been attempting to get into the Omnia at Caesars Palace on the Vegas strip.
Police say, according to the docs, that witnesses told them Diaz and his crew were holding up the cashier line.
When an Omnia security guard came to try to see if there was an issue – the ex-UFC star allegedly got physical with him.
Docs state Diaz pushed the club official, and after the man shoved back, the fighter hit the guard in the face with “an open right hand.”
Footage surfaced online in September appearing to show Diaz – who is also a 1-1 boxer – during a nightclub altercation.
The docs state the Diaz and his accuser were eventually separated by other security guards before cops arrived on the scene.
Court records reveal an arrest warrant was later issued for Diaz and a misdemeanor case against the American is now ongoing.

Diaz is an MMA veteran of 34 bouts, with 21 wins and 13 losses – including an iconic two-bout rivalry with Conor McGregor.
But Diaz – who beat McGregor in March 2016 before losing the rematch five months later – left the UFC in 2022.
He pursued a switch to boxing and was beaten over ten rounds by 27-year-old YouTuber-turned-prizefighter Jake Paul in August 2023.
But Diaz did beat Jorge Masvidal, 40, in their boxing rematch in July having lost the initial UFC bout in 2019.
