MMA star Polyana Viana has shown off her bruise-covered bum after undertaking brutal wrestling training.
Viana, 33, competes in the women’s strawweight division in the UFC.
The Brazilian fighter is also a viral star with one million followers on Instagram.
However, the Samba beauty’s most recent post caught the eye as she revealed some nasty-looking bruising.
Viana, who also runs an OnlyFans page, shared a series of images to her page wearing a tiny leopard-print bikini by a swimming pool.
She captioned her post: “After wrestling practice.
“Last days of summer.”
But fans could not help but notice a collection of dark marks on her backside as she posed for several different angles in the Nevada heat.
Fortunately, the Iron Lady was on hand to explain the source of the marks.
In the comments under the post, she said: “The bruises are from grappling training and takedown defence.”
